inthinc Expands Sales Organization
SALT LAKE CITY - FEB. 9, 2009 - inthinc, a developer and manufacturer of technologies to improve driving safety, today announced the expansion of its sales force to aggressively capitalize on growth opportunities. The sales organization is expanding to address new products that will be introduced this year as well as new markets that may benefit from adoption of inthinc driving safety solutions.
T. Wayne Williams joins inthinc as the new senior vice president of sales, to lead the company's sales efforts.
Williams brings more than 20 years of experience managing sales and operations for large organizations and is part of inthinc's actions to aggressively increase the size and scope of the sales organization in the first part of 2009. Williams will work to grow and further develop the inthinc sales organization on a global scale.
He most recently came to inthinc from Perot Systems in Plano, Texas. Williams has vast experience in national and multi-cultural team management, strategic business development and product sales acumen. He is a trusted leader with a history of directing large teams in the United States and abroad to build successful sales initiatives.
Throughout his career, he has influenced the generation of billions of dollars in sales for companies including Accenture, Sun Microsystems, The White Stone Group, and others.
