Todd Follmer has managed inthinc’s expansion from crash data recorders into a comprehensive fleet management and driver behavior mentoring system. Prior to inthinc, Mr. Follmer accumulated more than 20 years of investment and management experience with Salomon Brothers; Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette; and Engles, Urso, Follmer Capital Corporation. In addition, he sits on the board of directors for Aerus LLC and Tristar Enterprises. Mr. Follmer holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and computer science from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from the University of Texas.
Jeffrey M. Harvey

Jeff Harvey oversees the legal, risk management, marketing and public relations efforts for the company. Prior to joining inthinc, Mr. Harvey worked as general counsel and vice president of legal and risk management, and as vice president of business development for Aerus LLC of Dallas, Texas. His experience also includes working as a principal with IIBI, a consulting and investment-banking firm to start-up and emerging businesses, and as an attorney with Stutzman & Bromberg. Mr. Harvey holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University as well as juris doctor and MBA degrees from Wake Forest University. He is currently a member of the state bars of Texas and Utah.

Skip Kinford is a driver safety advocate with years of experience in driver safety technologies. A former racecar driver, Mr. Kinford has dedicated his career to improving the safety of those behind the wheel. Prior to inthinc, he was CEO of Mobileye Inc. in North America, a company focused on in-cab collision avoidance and lane departure warning technology. At Mobileye, Mr. Kinford led the organization to a significant increase in sales and established strategic relationships with key fleet management providers and thought leaders in the automotive manufacturing and supply chain community.

Corey Catten leads the engineering and software development teams in designing and delivering state-of-the-art technology to inthinc customers. Prior to inthinc, he held CTO positions at SIVOX Technologies, a speech recognition and voice integration software company, and at Avaltus, Inc. where he helped grow Avaltus to become a subsidiary of USA interActive (now InterActiveCorp.). Mr. Catten holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Utah.

Mason Vincent directs the inthinc portal development, data services and IT infrastructure. Prior to joining inthinc, Mr. Vincent was senior director of timing and scoring at NASCAR, where he oversaw the timing and scoring functions for NASCAR’s National Series, Touring Series, and a Grand Am. His experience also includes working within two NFL teams, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Carolina Panthers, where he introduced digital video replay for the coaching staff and an electronic draft board for the pro personnel group. Mr. Vincent holds a bachelor of science in accounting from Florida State University and is a CPA.

Kevin Mitchell oversees the supply chain, quality, customer support, training, data services and Speed-by-Street teams at inthinc. Before joining inthinc, Mr. Mitchell was a senior intelligence officer at the defense intelligence agency, focusing on transnational terrorism in the middle east. Mr. Mitchell holds an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Brigham Young University.

Vivek Chaturvedi leads inthinc’s global finance and accounting operations. Mr. Chaturvedi has over 15 years of experience in the financial, M&A and operational departments of various Fortune 500 and start-up organizations within both emerging and established markets. He holds a bachelor's degree in business from the Calcutta University, and a master’s degree in business administration from Santa Clara University where he was honored with induction into Beta Gamma Sigma Society. Mr. Chaturvedi is a fellow chartered accountant.

Carleton Watkins is responsible for the management of all research and development efforts related to software, firmware, vehicle-bus and hardware product development. Prior to inthinc, Mr. Watkins was the chief regional officer (Utah) and director of engineering at Avocent where he directed the development of remote server management solutions OEM by Dell, IBM, Intel and others. Mr. Watkins holds an AAS EET and BSEET degree from Weber State University and masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Utah State University.

Jeff Cummings brings nearly 20 years of information technology experience with an emphasis on creating a world-class client experience. Prior to joining inthinc, Mr. Cummings was vice president of client relations for vitera healthcare, where he led client retention, regulatory education and client community efforts for over 400 thousand healthcare professionals nationwide. His experience also includes client experience leadership for Bankrate Insurance, 24/7 Customer and FrontRange Solutions, which was a recipient of the Colorado Better Business Award for Excellence in Customer Service.

Roy Breslawski directs product planning, client engagement and corporate marketing initiatives. Prior to joining inthinc, Mr. Breslawski led marketing and product marketing for multiple divisions at Hewlett-Packard where he managed joint development with Microsoft and Ericsson and introduced the world's first solid-state notebook PC. With almost 30 years of leadership in marketing and product management he has a wide range of experience; from directing an environmental testing laboratory to product marketing with an Internet service company. Mr. Breslawski holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Cleveland State University.
