Todd W. FollmerChief Executive Officer
Joining inthinc as CEO in 2006, Todd Follmer has managed the expansion of the company’s business from crash data recorders into a comprehensive fleet management and driver behavior mentoring system. Under his leadership, inthinc has increased annual revenue from $3M to $35M. Prior to inthinc, Mr. Follmer accumulated more than 20 years of investment and management experience with Salomon Brothers; Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette; and Engles, Urso, Follmer Capital Corporation. In addition, he sits on the Board of Directors for Aerus LLC and Tristar Enterprises. Mr. Follmer holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and computer science from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from the University of Texas.
As Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for inthinc, Jeff Harvey currently oversees the legal, risk management, marketing and public relations efforts for the company. Prior to joining inthinc, Mr. Harvey worked as General Counsel and Vice President of Legal and Risk Management and Vice President of Business Development for Aerus LLC of Dallas, Texas. His experience also includes working as a Principal with IIBI, a consulting and investment banking firm to start-up and emerging businesses, and as an attorney with Stutzman & Bromberg, a law firm based in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Harvey holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University as well as juris doctor and MBA degrees from Wake Forest University. He is currently a member of the State Bars of Texas and Utah.
Skip Kinford

Skip Kinford is a driver safety advocate with years of experience in driver safety technologies. A former racecar driver, Mr. Kinford has dedicated his career to improving the safety of those behind the wheel. Prior to inthinc, he was CEO of Mobileye Inc. in North America, a company focused on in-cab collision avoidance and lane departure warning technology. At Mobileye, Mr. Kinford led the organization to a significant increase in sales and established strategic relationships with key fleet management providers and thought leaders in the automotive manufacturing and supply chain community. Prior to Mobileye, he was Executive Vice President and COO at NMB Technologies Corporation, overseeing day-to-day operations of the $350 million business entity and delivering 22 straight profitable quarters.
Corey Catten joined inthinc in 2003 as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Catten is responsible for leading engineering and software development teams in designing and delivering state-of-the-art technology to inthinc customers. During his tenure at inthinc, he has delivered fleet management and driver safety solutions that are now implemented across thousands of vehicles operating within a variety of industries and environments. Prior to inthinc, he held CTO positions at speech recognition and voice integration software company SIVOX Technologies and at Avaltus, Inc. where he helped grow Avaltus to become a subsidiary of USA interActive (now InterActiveCorp.). Mr. Catten holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Utah.
Bruce Huber

As Vice President of Safety Services at inthinc, Bruce Huber is responsible for driving inthinc’s safety strategy and associated technology initiatives across its global customer base. Prior to inthinc, Mr. Huber held the position of Senior Director of Safety and Health at Barrick Gold Corp. Having served over three decades to improving mine safety, Huber is credited for implementing Barrick’s Courageous Safety Leadership Program, which has been modeled by companies across the globe. As a respected leader in the worker safety community, Mr. Huber has shared this leadership program with safety and health professionals at conferences around the world. In 2009, Mr. Huber was presented with the prestigious Highest Degree of Safety Award at the International Society of Mine Safety Professionals Conference. He was presented with a Lifetime Membership to the society the following year.

Vivek Chaturvedi

Vivek Chaturvedi is Vice President of Finance for inthinc, leading the company’s global finance and accounting operations. Mr. Chaturvedi has over 15 years of experience in the financial, M&A and operational departments of various Fortune 500 and start-up organizations within both emerging (BRIC) and established markets. He earned a bachelor's degree in business from the Calcutta University, India and a master’s degree in business administration from Santa Clara University, USA, where he was honored with induction into Beta Gamma Sigma society. He is also a Fellow Chartered Accountant.
